How do I get the reward?
Join Sky using the referral link and complete your order through it. You need to be a new customer for Sky Glass, Sky Broadband or Sky Stream, or new to Sky Mobile, for the referral to qualify.
When is the voucher sent?
Sky emails the voucher 45 days after your friend joins Sky and pays their first bill.
Is the reward cash or a voucher?
It's a reward voucher, not cash. You choose where to spend it from over 100 e-voucher options, with some physical in-store options too.
Do both people get a reward?
Yes. When the referral qualifies, both the new customer and the existing Sky customer who referred them receive a reward voucher.
Is Sky Refer a Friend the same as Recommend a Friend or Introduce a Friend?
Yes. Recommend a Friend and Introduce a Friend are just other names people use for the same Sky scheme. Whichever you search for, it works the same way — your friend joins through the referral link and you both get a reward voucher.
